Tizate is a spectacular, very modern & luxurious condo development which was designed by the renowned Miami architect, Arseni Varabyeu. Our building was completed in 2023.

Our sub-penthouse suite features a large wraparound sundeck with mountain & ocean views, 2 bedrooms & bathrooms & an open style dining & living area. The second bedroom has a king-size sofa-bed. It can also be used as a second sitting area.

Our suite is tastefully decorated & fully equipped with high quality furniture, dishes and cookware. Beware: this is certainly not always the case in Mexican home rentals.

Tizate is in a natural environment away from the hustle & bustle but minutes away from it when you want it. Here you can enjoy all that the fabulous Bay of Banderas has to offer.

The rooftop of our building features a pool & lounge area with a huge view of the ocean & mountains. You can choose from a total of 3 warm pools (beware: many other pools in this area are unheated & thus little used) & also enjoy our beach restaurant and bar & our superb penthouse gym with a sauna & a steam room. You can lounge in beautiful sitting areas beside the pools which all have amazing views. You can also enjoy the friendly social atmosphere & even join in for some ping-pong or a drink & chat with new friends.

Tizate is a quick 8 minute drive to Bucerias Central & La Cruz de Huanacaxtle. You can easily order an inexpensive InDrive, Uber, taxi, bus, or white van or rent your own car and use our covered parking space. 

You can stroll for miles on our unspoiled beaches or just relax. Our condo provides the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation and adventure. We are fully gated and have 24/7 security.
